What do you enjoy about working in the advertising creative industry?
I love seeing trends rise and fall as well as seeing a pleased client.
How do you think VR will affect our industry in the coming years? Should we be concerned?
I believe we’ll start to see a lot of VR integrated into eCommerce sites. Specifically when previewing how a certain outfit might look on you. Also in the Real Estate industry. VR Tour of the house/rental without leaving your house? I believe we should stay current with what’s going on and prepare for it and when it does become a consumer level platform for digital goodness.
What’s the 1st app you open in the morning?
My alarm app, it’s usually yelling at me to get up.
Would you prefer to be twice as smart or twice as happy?
Twice as happy. Happiness is always #1!
Do you ever travel alone?
Yes a lot, most of my family is on the East Coast so I’m usually flying solo.
What’s one thing you don’t know but want to learn?
Professionally: Programming for VR
Recreationally: Becoming multilingual
Your top three favorite characteristics about yourself?
- Equal parts relaxed and overactive
- Will practice something until I perfect it. Won’t put a task down until it’s complete
- Forever hungry to learn something new
What type of music puts you into full production mode?
Single favorite possession?
My original copy of Chrono Trigger for Super Nintendo. My all-time favorite video game that I played growing up and is now worth a good bit of cash on eBay.

What's your story behind getting into your profession? Was it something you planned to do?
I made Myspace layouts for my friends and really enjoyed it. Also, I used to play Neopets a teenager and made a super embarrassing guide on how to get “Neopets Rich”. Click here for LoLs

Beach Day or Hiking Mountains? Why?
Hiking! I grew up on a beach but not with any mountains. I’m still in awe every time I see Mt. Hood.
