M Financial is a long-standing premier insurance group headquartered in Portland, Oregon. They approached Harlo Interactive to design and develop a new responsive website that would serve as an online resource for their 145 Member Firms and thousands of customers. Leading with content strategy and design, Harlo translated M Financials brand position, core values, and services into a compelling digital experience.
Built on providing exceptional financial service to its clients, M Financial wanted a site that would do the same. They asked us to create a website experience that visually expressed its heritage brand while improving the overall user experience, and develop a custom interface design that made accessing pertinent information easy for site visitors.
The website redesign also called for creating a digital experience that shared M Financial’s company history, core service offerings, and member firm directory. Harlo equipped the website with a blog and custom content management system featuring an easy-to-use, centralized interface for making secured updates to website content.
