Not many sports franchises invite fans to come in and swing an axe around. Then again, not many sports franchises are as beloved as the Portland Timbers of Major League Soccer. To reward their support, passion, and definition of fanaticism, the Timbers created a one of a kind fan photo experience, bringing the Timber’s army out of the stands and in front of the lens.

A Cut Above the Rest

To share the results, Harlo designed, developed, and launched a fan-worthy experience of our own. With the ability to vote, claim, and comment on fan photos, the RCTID campaign website gives fans a chance to connect like they’re shoulder to shoulder in the Timber’s Army.

Just like they’ve done every game for more than a decade, thousands of Timbers loyalists showed up for their team, producing results that will have opponents quaking in their cleats.

Timbers RCTID Results

Thousands of fans downloaded the picture-perfect display of their Timber’s fanaticism. The Axe Gallery helped the Timbers kickoff the 2020 MLS season with a show of support that other franchises will envy. Timber’s army has once again set the bar for fandom in Major League Soccer.
