SIGNAL is Twilio's premier industry event featuring keynote speakers from major Twilio customer accounts, live demonstrations and workshops, and new feature announcements. In 2016, Twilio engaged Harlo’s support to help drive registrations for the 2016 SIGNAL conference in San Francisco. We set to work, delivering a full-service campaign to drive registrations and enhance engagement.

Sending Out the Signal


Our team developed weekly content to support SIGNAL's social media buzz in the months leading up to the main event, introducing new platforms, tactics and testing methodologies to optimize our media budget. We also launched paid social ads, across platforms and audience segments, optimized to create traffic to the site and ticket conversion.

Harlo helped drive 500 registrations (with a $549 ticket price!) from new acquisition tactics, and ultimately discovered success that led to Harlo's recruitment for the support of an overseas SIGNAL London event in September.
