Designing Unconventional e-commerce Solutions

JMW Sales approached Harlo Interactive with a unique problem. When most companies ask us to build and design e-commerce shops we help them create sleek, user experience driven marketplaces on Shopify. But JMW Sales needed the same capabilities on a Squarespace platform that already hosted their Brainfuel Toys website. It was an intriguing design and development challenge, and one we were excited to take on.

Unlike many other e-commerce platforms, Squarespace isn't designed for heavy customization, so creating a branded site took a load of front-end development. As sales agents for National Geographics Brainfuel toys, it was important to JMW Sales that the site fit the Nat Geo and Brainfuel brands. We worked with them to code custom elements into their site and create an educational shopping experience for their users.
