Way To Go
Way-finding
The Portland Timbers marketing team asked Harlo to build a custom way-finding web application to support fans experiencing Providence Park and its new renovations on game day. The Timbers requested the custom web application be designed mobile-first to support fans using the app on hand-held devices while at Providence Park. The web applications user experience was focused to assist fans to find key areas that included locating seating areas, concessions, menus, guest amenities, points of interest, getting to the park, tickets, and merchandise. With the use of search, fans can locate specific types of food, beverages, key points of interest or bathrooms from their mobile device.

“We had the pleasure to work with Harlo for a special project related to the re-launch of Providence Park in 2019. They were exceptional to work with – wonderful attitude, thoughtful and skilled. They were true partners in every sense of the word – collaborative and team-centric – always putting the work first. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend them to any other entities looking for a firm to help them build a great digital tool.”
