Pioneer Trust's marketing team teamed up with Harlo Interactive to design and develop and new website for their members. The common goal was to create an aesthetically modern and clean website that would be easy to use from desktop down to mobile.
The user experience was centered on a minimal use of content with a full option navigation and clear calls to action to give members fast access to bank online or to locate the information service or financial needs. The use of white space and natural colors helped in making the site feel approachable versus overwhelming and busy.
Pioneer Trust made it clear that the new site must above all else have a flawless mobile experience so that members while banking online had a seamless experience. With a majority of users banking through their mobile device Harlo established a mobile design that ensured it was easy to use, fast loading and lately easy to navigate.
